By registering on ManpasandJodidar, you affirm and warrant that you are legally competent, of sound mind, and at least 18 years of age (or of legal age for marriage under the laws applicable to you). Registration by minors is strictly prohibited and accounts discovered to belong to individuals under 18 years will be terminated immediately.
2. Sole Purpose: Matrimony Only
This platform is established solely for the purpose of bona fide matrimonial introductions between prospective brides, grooms, and their families. It is strictly not intended for casual dating, commercial advertising, financial solicitation, or indecent communication.
3. Truthfulness of Profile Data
Members are strictly responsible for providing truthful and accurate information regarding age, marital status, education, profession, income, and photographs. Uploading falsified credentials or impersonating third parties will result in permanent suspension and report to law enforcement if fraud is suspected.
4. Conduct and Code of Safety
You agree not to:
- Solicit money, loans, gifts, or financial transfers from any member under any circumstances.
- Transmit sexually explicit, abusive, obscene, or threatening communications.
- Copy, scrape, or extract photographs and member details for third-party websites.
- Create duplicate profiles or share your account credentials with unauthorized parties.
5. Membership Plans & Expiry
Membership plans (Basic: ₹4,100, Premium: ₹5,600, VIP: ₹7,600) provide access to specified features and verified contact limits for fixed durations. Paid benefits terminate upon plan expiration unless renewed.
6. Termination & Deactivation
Members may deactivate their accounts voluntarily at any time through the account dashboard. ManpasandJodidar reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms without refund.
