Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Nature of Matrimonial Services
Paid membership plans on ManpasandJodidar (Basic ₹4,100, Premium ₹5,600, VIP ₹7,600) provide immediate access to digital features, including verified contact access allocations, search priority badges, and express interests.
2. Refund Eligibility
- Duplicate Payments: If an inadvertent double-charge occurs during payment processing, the duplicate amount will be refunded in full via the original payment route within 5-7 business days upon submission of bank statements.
- Cooling-off Period: If you request a cancellation within 48 hours of subscription activation and have not viewed any contact numbers or sent more than 2 interests, you may request a refund minus a ₹500 administrative verification fee.
- Non-refundable Scenarios: Once contact view credits have been utilized, or after 48 hours from activation, paid subscription fees are non-refundable as digital matchmaking benefits have been consumed.
3. Suspension for Terms Violations
Accounts suspended or terminated due to harassment, fraud, indecent conduct, or violation of our Terms of Service are ineligible for any refund.
4. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund inquiry, write to billing@manpasandjodidar.in with your registered email, Profile ID, and transaction reference details.
