1. Information We Collect
To deliver matrimonial matchmaking services, we collect information submitted directly by you during registration and profile creation:
- Account Details: Full Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Date of Birth, Gender, City, and State.
- Matrimonial Profile Details: Religion, Caste, Mother Tongue, Height, Education, Occupation, Income Range, and voluntary family details.
- Photographs: Uploaded images stored securely on private media disks.
- Transaction Records: Payment gateway identifiers, UPI transaction reference numbers, and timestamps. (We never store debit/credit card numbers or UPI PINs).
2. Granular Privacy Settings
You maintain complete autonomy over how your personal details are shared:
- Photo Visibility: Choose between Public, Members Only, or Request Access Only.
- Contact Protection: Your phone number and email are hidden from casual visitors. By default, only members with verified paid memberships or members whose interest you accepted may view direct contacts.
- Profile Visibility: You can toggle your profile to "Hidden" at any time to temporarily suspend appearances in search results.
3. We Never Sell Your Data
ManpasandJodidar does not sell, rent, or lease your private personal data or telephone numbers to third-party telemarketers or external advertisers.
4. Right to Deletion & Portability
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, members have the right to review, update, or request permanent deletion of their personal records. A deletion request can be initiated directly from your Account Settings tab.
